Sandor, graphic designer, art historian and journalist. I share the studio Oslo Collective 2 with Halvor Bodin and our intern/junior designer Steffen Kørner Ludvigsen. Claudia Graphic Design Studio provides art direction, graphic design, typography, and illustration for clients from the industries of culture, fashion, and beyond. The past years I have been doing a lot of editorial design (books, catalogues, magazines). I have recently been working more with branding and product development for segments such as retailers (perfume and skincare, Heaven Scent) and skincare/spa-producers (Naturally Norwegian, project in development). I also do writing and curatorial work on a non-regular basis. Earlier clients are Fjords Magazine, NO Magazine, Sideways, and Visuelt (former Snitt), among others. Member of Grafill, Norwegian Association for Visual Communication. -------- BIO IN BRIEF Born in Montréal, Canada in 1972. Citizen of Norway and Canada. Lives and works in Oslo. Half Norwegian and half Canadian-Hungarian, Claudia was born and raised in Canada, USA, and Jamaica before moving to Norway at the age of 13. She lived in Oslo, Rome, and Budapest during her student years. Education Cand. Philol in Art History, Univerysity of Oslo and La Sapienza, Rome Graduated in 2000 Thesis about architectural propaganda in Fascist Italy, entitled Architectural Propaganda in Fascist Italy, Four Exhibition Halls 1932–1942: Architects Adalberto Libera and Mario de Renzi -------- CLIENTS—GRAPHIC DESIGN CLIENTS—WRITTEN WORK -------- PUBLICATIONS Color & Layout: From Asparagus White to Burnt Olive, Harper Collins, 2008 By Otto & Olaf and Nacho Martí, Barcelona.
